Using this site and registering for the session constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. What is being offered
A free live educational masterclass of ninety minutes, together with two accompanying resources. Registration is free. Attendance is not guaranteed to produce any particular business result.
3. No guarantee of results
The frameworks taught are educational. Outcomes depend entirely on individual circumstances and on what you implement. No specific income, client, or business outcome is promised or implied, and nothing on this site should be read as a projection of earnings.
4. Not professional advice
The content is marketing and positioning education. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation on any regulated product. Advisors registered with SEBI or licensed by IRDAI remain bound by their own regulatory obligations.
5. Intellectual property
All frameworks, terminology, materials, recordings and resources remain the property of Satish Rao. The named frameworks are proprietary and may not be reproduced or taught commercially without written permission.
6. Conduct during live sessions
Recording, redistribution and disruptive conduct are prohibited. The right to remove a participant from a session is reserved.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of this site or attendance at a session is limited. This clause is to be drafted by counsel before launch.
