Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026

This is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer against the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Replace the contact address and have counsel review it before the page goes live.

1. Who we are

Satish Rao, operating as Authority Before Contact. For anything in this policy, write to hello@example.com.

2. What we collect

Your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the type of practice you selected, the pain point you selected, and any optional free text you chose to add.

Technical data: IP address, browser, device, referring URL, and any UTM parameters on the link you arrived through.

3. Why we collect it

To send you the joining link and the reminders for the session you registered for.

To send occasional updates about this work, where you have consented to them.

To understand who attends, so the sessions can be made more useful.

4. Lawful basis and consent

We rely on the consent you give at registration. Consent to receive session details is separate from consent to receive marketing, and either may be withdrawn at any time by replying to any message or writing to the address above.

5. WhatsApp specifically

Your number is used to send session reminders and to deliver the two resources. It is never sold and never shared with third parties. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or leave the session group, and messages end.

6. Who we share it with

Our email service provider, our webinar platform, and our analytics provider — each only to the extent needed to run the session. Your details are never sold and never rented.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for basic analytics: which pages are visited, and whether the page detail was expanded before registering. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the session.

8. How long we keep it

Registration details are kept for 24 months from your last interaction, after which they are deleted. Ask sooner and they are deleted sooner.

9. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction of it, deletion of it, or withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to hello@example.com and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Grievance Officer

As required under Indian law, grievances may be addressed to the Grievance Officer at hello@example.com.

11. Changes to this policy

Changes are published on this page with an updated date. Material changes are communicated by email to anyone on the list at the time.
